Do Cell Phones Cause Cancer?

Do cell phones cause cancer? A loaded question. Now that we’re all thoroughly hooked on our cell phones, brain cancer becomes an issue! We can’t imagine life without a cell phone and this question arises, threatening to unravel the very fabric of our already-complicated modern lifestyles.

But the question is arising—and for good reason. It’s true that the telecom industry continues to protest that “more research must be done” to determine, for certain, that cell phones are harmful to our health. But it doesn’t take a long internet search to discover that there’s a ton a research proclaiming loud and clear that there’s a very strong correlation between cell phones and brain cancer.

Cell Phones and Brain Cancer

There’s a specific kind of cancer, in particular, we need to be alerted to: Glioma. Usually a rare type of cancer, it’s now on the rise—and is closely linked to cell phone use. It develops on the side of the brain the cell phone user uses his/her cell phone—and in many cases, is found in people after just ten years of relatively light usage. This is especially important, because typically, there’s a long latency period before cancer shows up, sometimes up to 40 years. And yet, here it’s showing up in just ten years.

So what do we do with this kind of information? Should we throw away our cell phones? That can’t be the answer.

There are certain things we can do, like texting and using our speaker phone that can help alleviate the risks. You can find some other alternative suggestions besides these on best-emf-health.com.

However, many of these methods are inconvenient or impossible in certain circumstances. Consider finding protection you can simply put on your phone. Beware of the simple stickers, magnets or metaphysical type gadgets out there with fuzzy science behind them.
